Fee Structure

At Pt. Uma Dutt Public School, our fee structure is designed to be transparent, fair, and aligned with the quality of education and facilities we provide. We believe in maintaining clarity and openness so that parents can plan confidently for their child’s academic journey.

Transparent & Well-Defined Fees

All fees are structured in accordance with school policies and CBSE guidelines. Details regarding admission fees, tuition fees, and other applicable charges are clearly communicated at the time of admission.

Grade-Wise Fee Information

The fee structure may vary by grade level and is revised periodically. Parents are encouraged to contact the school office for the latest, detailed, and grade-specific fee information.

Payment Schedule & Guidelines

Fees are payable as per the prescribed schedule set by the school. All rules related to payment timelines, modes of payment, and late fee policies are shared clearly to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

Fee Rules

 

(Fees are not applicable to students admitted under RTE)

  • The annual school fee is payable in four installments, due in the months of April, July, October, and January.

​​

  • The detailed fee structure for the relevant academic session is provided separately along with the registration form.

​​

  • Fees must be deposited at the designated bank or at the school fee counter on or before the 10th of the respective month. Payments made after the due date will attract a late fee as per the prescribed schedule.

  • The school will not issue reminders for fee payment. Parents are requested to adhere strictly to the payment schedule.

​​

  • In case the transport facility is availed and the fees are not paid by the end of the relevant quarter, the transport service will be withdrawn. If the fees continue to remain unpaid thereafter, the student will not be permitted to attend school, and parents will be advised to withdraw their child.

  • All fees and charges once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.

​​

  • Fees and charges are subject to revision from time to time. Parents should anticipate periodic increases in accordance with changes in the cost of living index. Revised fees shall be applicable to existing students as well.

  • For students seeking admission during the academic session, fees for the previous months of the session must be paid in full. However, if the student has previously studied in a recognized school and has already paid fees for those months, the same may be exempted upon submission of original fee payment receipts.

​​

  • Fees may be deposited at the designated bank through cash, cheque, or approved digital payment modes, or paid at the school fee counter.

​​

  • In case a cheque is dishonored for any reason, a cheque bounce charge of ₹500 per cheque will be levied. A fresh cheque along with the applicable late fee charges must be submitted thereafter.
