Our comprehensive sports programme is designed to build physical fitness, mental strength, discipline, teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship. With a strong belief that a healthy body nurtures a healthy mind, we offer a wide range of outdoor, indoor, individual, and team sports, supported by structured training and professional guidance.

A Culture of Fitness & Excellence

Students participate in inter-house competitions, annual sports meets, drills, and demonstrations, encouraging healthy competition and a lifelong appreciation for fitness. Our sports programme aims not only to create skilled athletes but also confident individuals who embody perseverance, integrity, and teamwork—qualities essential for success both on and off the field.
